For a special, targeted group of firms and/or public sector enterprises, we conduct detailed research to pinpoint approximately 10 people in each organisation. These will be key decision makers or influencers across one of the 10 work areas listed below - OR in a more specialised working area sub group that you define.
Accounting and Finance
Operations and Facilities
Sales and Business Development
Technical/Research and Development
To this research we append details of other individuals outside the main or sub group, but likely to have an involvement in decisions - these people might include the CEO, FD, and relevant procurement/operations contacts.
Full contact details for each person (including validated email addresses) plus company information covering turnover, profits, employee numbers, locations, website, and more are provided in spreadsheet form. The individuals pinpointed can then become the focus of appropriate sales, marketing, research or other campaigns. This is an important consideration in view of changes to the data protection regulations planned for 2018 which will demand that all B2B marketing communications, whatever the channel, must be about products and/or services relevant to the recipients’ job roles.
As part of the service, and to counteract the effects of data decay, we provide updates at the 2 and 4 months points after initial data delivery.
The Departmental Drill-down service is available for groups of 10, 25 or 50 organisations or greater numbers by arrangement. We can work to your list or one from our data library covering sectors, regions, etc. Alternatively, a bespoke list can be compiled by you working with Alert's research team to ensure the best possible focus.
